Insurance
Hollander Acupuncture is currently a provider for ASHN (American Specialty
Health Network). Many companies use ASH, so please check your
insurance card. Also, please be aware that if you have ASH
coverage through Kaiser, you will need a referral through your
primary care doctor for your acupuncture treatment to be covered.
For other insurance plans offering acupuncture coverage, we are
an out-of-network provider and you will be expected to pay
at the time services are rendered. Hollander Acupuncture will
then provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance
company for direct reimbursement to you. We accept several
payment options, including cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.

- Initial Visit: General Conditions – $125
- Includes evaluation and treatment
- Initial Visit: Morning Sickness, Turn Breach Baby – $100
- Includes evaluation and treatment
- Follow up Visit – $75
- Initial Visit: Couples Infertility Evaluation – $200
- Includes consultation for both spouses and treatment for one
- Initial Visit: Couples Infertility Evaluation – $225
- Includes consultation and treatment for both spouses
*These fees do not include herbs or supplements. Payment at the time of service is required. Cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard are accepted.

I am currently seeing Eric (aka miracle worker!) at Chang Acupuncture for chronic
low back pain, irregular menstrual cycle, and digestive problems. I
have only had 3 treatments so far, and my back pain is 90% better with
